Based on the reference points that were approved by the steering group, the project leader sets up an action plan. This consists of phasing and structuring for the entire process, including the most important milestones. We strive to keep the project lead time as short as possible, but to give a realistic estimate of the development process.

The project administration is set up, and, after the project phase, this is handed over to management. In the future, one can still find out about the history, the project process and all other relevant information.
