In order to achieve the maximum as a team, ASB likes to keep short lines of communication. That means that we work with the steering group according to planned appointments, but that, if necessary, we arrange flexible appointments as well. To find the perfect fit, it is very important to get to know one another and one another’s situation. We gladly invite project participants to come to our offices, and/or to take part in brainstorm sessions, workshops and training sessions.
We work for and with people. The key to a fruitful cooperation is open communication. If, on both sides, many people are involved, a kick-off meeting with a social program can be part of the project.
The project leader keeps everybody on board, and is the central contact for all involved throughout the entire project.
