Delineation of the (end) result
After the scenarios are presented, and the decision to continue the project is made, decisions are made on:
- the setup and composition of a steering group
- the ASB project leader.
The project leader’s first job is to delineate the project, so that it is clear to everybody what shall be developed and delivered (technical requirements). Depending on the client and on the size of the project, the client can also appoint a project leader.
