The ASB Management centre monitors the technical availability of the equipment and installations of the connected companies and private persons 24/7. If any event occurs, we receive a notification and take appropriate action.
In almost 95% of all cases, incidents and disorders can be solved remotely. In addition to the normal notification in relation to burglary, sabotage, fire, etc., ASB offers a wide range of new possibilities to assess and solve situations remotely. This saves both time and money.
For a number of situations, there are legal obligations on how incidents must be reacted upon. For instance, in a private alarm centre (PAC), there must always be two persons that hold the keys. The law also states when the police must be alerted, and when video monitoring must be used, etc. In high-risk situations, the legally required service is subject to strict requirements.

For each business-to-business notification (event), ASB agrees with the client on the further course of action and the relevant quality requirements.
