We do so tomorrow, by developing and applying new protection solutions.
1. Today: continuity and durable management
The Service Management department plays a crucial role in the delivery and 24/7 support of our products and services. The Planning & Control department oversees the quality of the delivered services and ensures that deliveries are made in accordance with the agreements (service levels). The Sales and Marketing department is the contact for all relations, and it is supported by the R&D department in case of issues and for the further development of existing services.
2. Future: new, improved and better protection solutions
In innovation, we are very ambitious. Not only when it comes to reliablity, but also with our demands for a modern design, scalability, integration and range of applicability. Al these aspects are essential, because, in the end, they are decisive for our clients’ satisfaction. The Sales, Projects, R&D and Planning & Control departments are all involved in these innovations, that, after a succesful test and acceptance phase, are handed over to Service Management.
