Solutions (quickscan)
As early in the process as possible, a solution architect joins the team to give well-founded feedback on the possible technical solutions (scenarios). He gives an estimate on the chance of success for each scenario and maps the risks for each of them. If further research is needed, the architect will point out why.
In this phase, ASB introduces the intended project leader, giving him the chance to grow into his role.
