Many of the security principles that ASB meets, are not legally required. All computer work stations of our employees are protected against unwanted outside influences. We work through a private network, centrally on our stand-alone superbly protected servers, that are set up redundantly (double). This helps us keep computer viruses and malignant objects away. We have been very successful with this for years, and are very proud of it!
The helpdesk and monitoring employees of Service Management have all the required training to do their job successfully. Furthermore, they are continuously trained and tested, both internally and by external companies. We do everything to keep the shopfloor from doing ‘business as usual’, and letting the quality control slip. Whenever possible, we link employees to projects, in order to also use their vast practical experience in developing new solutions. This leads to the successful introduction of new services.
