In developing and introducing new solutions, ASB has a project-based approach. Preferably, we we work with a steering group, project leader, pilot, and milestone planning schedule.

Based on a planning with milestones, the project team works out and tests the solution, and then hands it over to Management. In this process, flexibility, creativity and speed are crucial factors. We believe that process management and process steering will become ever more important, if we want to remain successful and in control.
